Hometown — Bringing the showroom home

Hometown is an Indian furniture and home retailer with showrooms across the country. Most people still want to see a sofa or a bed before they buy it, so the site has two homepages: one that leads you to a store and one for shopping online. I designed both, plus a landing page for Hometown's modular kitchens. Later, I audited the live site, and the 29 findings across 11 screens became the case for the redesign that's now planned.
